Bullies tend to be cowards. If they do treat people like that in RL, all it takes is one person standing up to them to get them to scuttle back into the shadows.
The internet takes away that possible face-to-face confrontation, when makes bullies bolder. Unfortunately, I'm sure she's miserable in her own life. Wish I could feel bad about that.
